Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy.
  • Establish and maintain a community calendar of online/offline events that consists of daily/weekly/monthly activities.
  • Create engaging content to establish conversations with our users.
  • Seek out and broadcast appropriate user/community-generated material.
  • Own and support guerrilla marketing activation at gaming tradeshows, events and LANs.
  • Manage Facebook, Twitter, forums and other social properties to create an effective engagement platform.
  • Monitor and report on execution of activities and gamer reception.


Skills and Requirements:

  • A degree from a leading university in a business or marketing discipline.
  • Experience in high-tech/gaming consumer marketing with a proven history of success (strategy, research and communications).
  • First-hand experience participating in communities (professionally or as highly engaged consumer).
  • Direct experience in designing and growing communities within the gaming industry.
  • Technical knowledge of consumer digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Twitch etc) and their trends.
