Job Description Our Brighton-based client are already known for their already amazing AAA work, but they're now looking to take their studio to the next level with the development of their next title!  

They’re currently ramping up their team for a new 3rd-person AAA character-action console game and are looking to bring on-board an experienced Senior Programmer. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing systems and game code, and be happy to turn your hand to any task required.


  • Designs, develops, writes, tests and implements systems and game code.
  • Works with designers, artists and other personnel involved in the development process as required to create the highest possible quality product.
  • Helps to develop technical design specifications and is able to implement them.
  • Tests and refines gameplay features throughout the development cycle of the project.


  • Proficient in C/C++ with a minimum of 4 years experience.
  • 3 years experience working in the video games industry.
  • 2 years experience in console or mobile programming.
  • Worked on at least 1 shipped game.


  • Experience using Unity3D, including at least one shipped product.
  • Experience with industry standard development practices: source control, asset pipelines, issue tracking, external QA and localisation teams.
  • Experience with post-launch on-going product development and delivery.
  • Experience with continuous integration and build automation.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
