Job Description The Business Development Manager/Sales Contributor will expand this clients presence in the creative services industry whilst working within a global sales team

The successful candidate will be a dynamic and highly motivated sales person. This position is best suited for hunters who come with an established network and have solid relationships with key decision makers in targeted markets. Proven experience selling outsourced services is essential. The Business Development Manager/Sales Contributor may be located remotely anywhere within the United Kingdom but must be willing to travel extensively internationally.



Main Duties


  • Generate new business.

  • Grow existing business.

  • Generate top line revenue within 6-10 months of hire.

  • Develop value proposition strategies to generate incremental revenue with existing clients.

  • Attend trade shows and conferences

  • Set up and attend client meetings and deliver sales pitches and presentations

  • Own the proposal generation dynamics and produce quotations in close collaboration with the Operations and Sales Support Teams

  • Maintain a Gap Plan and track achievement against sales target

  • Input all sales activity detail and update pipeline on a regular basis into Salesforce CRM


Required Skills


  • Services Sales experience –2+ years of demonstrated experience and success in selling services specifically in the creative services sector

  • Must be able to generate and close deals within 6-12 months of hire.

  • Ability to creatively and proactively meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Ability to forecast and manage pipeline.

  • Ability to prospect and establish new client relationships and network within an organization.

  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

  • Be aligned with PTW’s values and company culture.


Desired Skills


  • Experience of working within a “remote” team environment.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.

  • Willingness to work within a multinational environment.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel Word and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to forecast sales opportunities.


Experience


  • 3-5+ years selling to the creative services sector

  • A strong social presence with a healthy network of industry specific connections.

  • Proven ability to secure meetings with key decision makers.
