Job Description We are looking for an Art Production Assistant to work on the recently announced video game Everywhere.

We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated individual with an artistic background to join our ever-expanding team at Everywhere.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled team of experienced industry veterans in the early stages of development of an exciting, high-concept new project.

The role will primarily include providing support to the Art Director and Art Coordinator, helping to manage bug / task workflows whilst maintaining an eye on current milestones and deliverables.Someone with a strong desire to work in the industry will find this an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all stages of the development process and expand their knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and general support to the Art Director, Art Co-Ordinator and the Art Department in general
  • Managing bug workflows, keeping an eye on the big picture
  • Collating information and distributing it between departments
  • Completing a wide range of tasks from researching and collecting reference materials to checking assets and progress in-game
  • Attending weekly meetings and keeping track of milestones and deliverables
  • Working with Production and QA teams to ensure strong communication
  • Working with remote teams across studios in order to achieve common objectives
  • Entering bugs and tasks on the behalf of senior staff and ensuring they have been completed to specification.

Requirements
  • Must have experience using MS Office (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook);
  • JIRA / Confluence experience a plus;
  • P4 experience a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop;
  • Interest in 3D / Computer game art;
  • Qualifications and experience relating to 3D / video game / concept art high desirable.

This full-time role is based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
