Job Description Gamer Network has a requirement for someone to work in a Sales Support / Ad Operations role due to the continued success and growth of our commercial team, particularly in North America.

The role will work as part of the commercial division to facilitate and drive the delivery of advertising campaigns, sales success and client satisfaction across our range of games media brands and websites.

Not only will this role be working with the games industry’s biggest publishers, developers, media agencies and partners, it will also support and help deliver campaigns globally through the full commercial lifecycle; from supporting the sales process, wrangling creative assets, campaign delivery, monitoring and fulfilment, reporting and relationship management.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Ensure client retention is maximised by delivering high standard of understanding and service with regard to pre, mid and post campaign support.
  • Develop and maintain the necessary technical knowledge to understand full campaign delivery process, enabling accurate and proficient trafficking and troubleshooting of campaigns.
  • Communicate with and build working relationships with client/agency on campaign delivery, performance supported by the generation of regular reports, screen grabs and scheduled delivery.
  • Commitment to learn how to use all internal system and tools require to manage a campaign and to maintain an appropriate level of knowledge of those systems.
  • Maintain sales materials such as ad spec sheets, inventory spreadsheets and proposals, including forecasts and campaign estimates.
  • Raise the profile of the Ad Ops team internally and externally by working closely with the Ops team in the UK.
  • Ensure process is strictly followed, chasing for ad deliverables and all campaigns are mirrored between sales system and ad server.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Understand and gain the ability to traffic ad campaigns.
  • Have an analytic approach to analysing inventory opportunities
  • Willingness and technical ability to learn all required internal systems for setting up campaigns

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self motivated with strong attention to detail and administratively capable.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to problem solve, provide solutions and support the Sales team.

  • Relationship building capability with both internal and external parties

Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Working knowledge of DoubleClick for Publisher
  • Ability to deliver reports primarily in Google Sheets.
  • Basic understanding of HTML an advantage.
  • Photoshop knowledge a plus
  • Good knowledge of gaming traffic trends.
