The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • An excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and 3DsMax, Modo or Maya.
  • A solid understanding of 3D spaces and in game lighting.
  • Experience of using Unity 3D.
  • Very good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to take constructive feedback as well as give constructive feedback to internal and external staff
  • The ability to create clear and detailed briefs and provide feedback to other artists.
  • Experience working with outsource studios, producing spec document for design and production .

Desirable, but not essential skills:
  • Experience with SVN and Perforce
  • Experience with - or a keen interest - in architecture
  • Experience working on a social or mobile game

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and producing in-house 3D environments
  • Providing constructive feedback to outsourcers and the internal team.
