Job Description This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT or GameDev recruiter to join game development outsourcing company.The existing HR team is friendly and enthusiastic so personality is an important factor for us!
 
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment and HR: IT or GameDev area
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet and other sources for recruitment. Skill of finding candidate from "nowhere" :). Tendency to build strong candidates network by creating friendly relations with them
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to find approach to different persons
  • Since Recruiter at Sperasoft responsible not only for hiring, proven ability to handle multiple projects is important
  • Ability to work independently to achieve targets, strong organizational skills, attention to details
  • English - ability to hold interviews, write and read different stuff
  • Good knowledge of the labor code will be a plus and will help you much at your work.

Responsibilities:
  • IT and GameDev recruitment all around the world
  • Working in ATS to maintain the history of candidates' relation
  • Newcomers adaptation: both formal and informal side of this process
  • Leading HR branding activities: internship projects, GameDev and IT conferences etc
  • Continuous improvement of Hiring processes in Sperasoft
  • Participation in other HR projects
