Our Client is looking for a principal tools engineer, think you've got what it takes?

Managing a team of highly skilled Engineers in a great office space located in the Midlands, you will be responsible for the delivery of their work to time and quality expectations.

You will set direction for the team, and work with other disciplines to ensure delivery and maintenance of a powerful and efficient toolset for others.

If you are driven by a passion for software engineering, as well as motivating and developing your team to deliver high quality, innovative solutions.You’ll work closely with internal and external partners, so your ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively is vital. You are highly motivated and approachable, with a strong desire to push the boundaries of technology.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years relevant engineer experience in current-gen console games
  • Strong C# and software architecture skills
  • Avid gamer
  • Good, customer-focused communicator in English
