Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing in-house talent team. You will be contributing to the success of the studios development of world-class video games.

This role presents an amazing chance to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with some of the very best in Game Development. Not only will you be able to work closely with the Senior Management at the studio, you also work with a great HR team.

 Key Responsibilities

As Recruitment Resourcer you will be researching and resourcing top candidates to meet our recruitment requirements.You will also be coordinating our presence at industry events as well as networking and advertising our roles to potential candidates.

As part of this role, you will proactively identify skills in prospective employees that match our current and upcoming vacancies. You will use social media tools and search engines to assist with candidate sourcing. You will also assist with arranging interviews and travel arrangements where required.

In this key role you will have the opportunity to input into the improvement of our recruitment processes and systems.

 Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Proven, proactive resourcing experience – ideally in a related industry
  • Familiar with recruitment advertising, job boards, social media and candidate tracking systems
  • Experience of using social media for recruitment purposes
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities and suggest process improvements
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience in a games development environment
  • Appreciation for Creative Assembly titles
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
