Job Description Frontier are the studio behind Jurassic World Evolution, Elite Dangerous and Planet Coaster. We are Britain’s biggest independent publisher and developer of videogames, based among the world-leading technology cluster in the historic city of Cambridge, England.

We’re looking for an Influencer Manage to take responsibility for developing, supporting, and managing a network of content creators and brand influencers. In this newly created role you will collaborate with various internal and external teams including Community Managers, Marketing, and Product Managers, to drive traffic, engagement, brand loyalty, and help content creators become ambassadors for Frontier games.

  • Manage Frontier’s Pioneer Program. Identify opportunities and develop and nurture content creator relationships. This includes keeping them up to date with the Frontier brand and news, supporting their channels, and managing brand presence on streaming and video channels including Twitch, YouTube, and Mixer
  • Devise engaging influencer strategies (both organic and paid) that support Frontier content, communication plans, and major campaign beats
  • Develop and execute activities and promotions the help content creators within our communities grow and prosper
  • Monitor feedback regarding Frontier games and routinely report key information to internal stakeholders
  • Track and evaluate ongoing trends amongst content creators and within the gaming industry to ensure that our activities are the best quality and align with the Frontier brand
  • Join content creator and partner-focused events to ensure network growth. Find and create new opportunities, represent Frontier, and organise event-related (streaming/video) schedules where needed
  • Manage and research automated solutions for influencer outreach, such as Keymailer
  • Work with game teams to help shape products and other initiatives which impact partners and content creators.

About You
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and able to react positively to change
  • Willing and able to travel to industry events and conventions
  • A passion for the gaming industry and content creators
  • Experience in a similar sphere (influencer management, public relations, community management, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Great understanding of social media channels and content platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Mixer, etc.)
  • Relocation to Cambridge, UK required.

  • Existing network of content creators and partners
  • Livestreaming or hosting experience
  • Multilingual
  • Knowledge of Frontier games
  • Knowledge of streaming software and hardware.
