Job Description Due to the continued global growth of our very successful network of websites and YouTube channels, Gamer Network now has a requirement for an ambitious Senior Account Executive to drive commercial relationships in the west coast region of the USA.

You will be working with the games industry’s biggest games publishers, developers, brands and media agencies, and this role will act as our key interface for supporting and managing these strategic relationships for our network across the full spectrum of commercial partnerships.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Driving the development of new and existing commercial relationships with key advertising partners and advertising agencies.
  • Deliver face to face presentations detailing all aspects of Gamer Network’s portfolio and services.
  • Work alongside our existing commercial team to increase revenue.
  • Devise, propose and deliver, multi-faceted, creative media campaigns to both publishers and agencies.
  • Deal with the full spectrum of clients and partners, from games publishers, developers and agencies.
  • Helping to deliver the commercial strategic vision for Gamer Network in North America

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong media sales experience in a relevant role within the games industry.
  • Demonstrable ability to succeed in a client-facing, commercially-oriented, media, account management and/or sales role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of games, entertainment, retail and technology clients, as well as agencies.
  • High degree of business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Instinctive ability to manage and grow positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Strong work ethic with a high degree of determination and drive.
  • Positive attitude and a team mentality
  • Show passion and excitement about the computer games sector.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Existing, extensive and well established relationships with games industry marketers
  • Knowledge of the games industry, with a personal interest and passion for the sector.
  • An interest in the technology, entertainment and lifestyle sector in general.
