| Job Description | An international, indie development team with hit PC sandbox games about construction, exploration and survival seeks an experienced game designer for a new project along the same theme. The developer believes in making prototypes and testing them until all details are set and written down. Every part of prototype must be covered and explained, because the environment of sandbox games is very dynamic and everything affects everything. Modding the game is critical to make sure all mechanics are working together as a whole. Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in professional game industry • At least one released AAA title • Deep knowledge of the construction, exploration and survival genre • Ability to write structured documents • Ability to visualize ideas and conceptsThe company offers: • Modern offices near the centre of Prague • Friendly environment, with no corporate approach • Working on already very successful games No remote working.
