Our client is a successful game development studio, they are looking for a skilled Art Director/UI Designer to join their passionate team. This role is offered fully remote or onsite in Dubai alongside relocation assistance. 

What you will be doing:

• Support the direction the projects and enhance the quality of projects.
• Mentoring and supporting the growth of artists.
• Working closely with team members to give and receive feedback.
• Have and maintain a high quality standard on art projects.

Who you are:

• A confident leader able to supervise and direct others.
• You have good knowledge of the fundamentals of art disciplines including UI and concept art and have a keen interest in game development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Able to showcase a skilled portfolio highlighting your previous projects.
