Audio Engineer

Amiqus are currently working with a UK-based games development studio to help them find an Audio Engineer to join their award-winning team. This studio develops AAA games with titles that every gamer knows.

As an Audio Engineer, you will be working with the audio design, game design and engineering teams to deliver audio features and core technology features. This includes leading the development of, and implementing, compelling audio features. You will also have the opportunity to develop core audio and engine features with their custom, proprietary engine.

This is a hybrid role based on-site in the Midlands. Relocation packages are on offer, but this cannot be remote.

Requirements:

• A passion for genre-defining, AAA games.
• At least one shipped AAA title.
• Efficiency with C++.
• Hands on experience with third party audio tools.
• A collaborative individual who will thrive in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Along with a great bonus scheme and benefits, the studio is offering up to £80k base salary for this role, depending on experience.
