C# or C++ Assistant Lead Tools Programmer Games UK - REF 2321

We are working with a AAA games studio based in the Midlands looking for a C# or C++ Assistant Lead Tools Programmer for their pillar RPG title.  This role would suit a Senior Tools Programmer looking to make it to the next level, someone who enjoy managing people and leading by example.  This role is offered to international candidates and is based on site.

What skills do you need for this role?

• Solid managements skills incl. planning, milestones, deliverable, sprints, deadlines, deliverables
• Good communicator
• 7+ years tools experience
• 2+ released titles credited as senior with end to end development lifecycle experience
• Knowledge of latest tools and technology and where applicable applying it in house to increase efficiency
• AAA experience preferred but not required
• Excellent C# and/or C++
