A leading mobile gaming studio who are home to some fantastic titles how within a few years went from a few people to a team of a hundred are now growing further by hiring a Customer Support Lead person to join the team.
There games have been downloaded in the many millions and they have some fantastic original games in the pipeline which are set to be released.
They are looking for a talented leader to join us and help establish our customer support department servicing our entire games portfolio.
n Established a brand-new Customer Support team
n You will be tasked with recruiting, training and manging this new team to deal with customers
n Establish a customer support system
n Prepared to deal with customer who potentially place sums of money which are quite large and make sure they have the best customer experience possible
n Use data and insights in a meaningful way to develop ways to improve the customer experience
n Manging the Customer Support operations.
n Experienced in creating and leading a customer support team
n Worked in CS within a gaming company context
n Happy to work in a role which is still hands on but also has that strategic management aspect to it
n Fantastic communicator
n Great manager and leader of people
Location – London
Office based role 3 days at Office with 2 at home
Salary - £40K - £50K
