 A leading world publisher that is home to some fantastic franchises and is on a highly exciting growth trajectory is looking for an exciting new experienced Data Scientist to join their game lab team.

 

They already have a Games lab team in place and wish to grow it further by bringing new members of staff to fire up the company's understanding of  Data Science in its gaming products.

 

Combining these skill sets into one team allows us to better understand our player's behaviour, needs and expectations.

 

Role

n Design, plan and develop your analytics projects and share insights following GamesLab's quality standards/procedures and Data Visualisation best practices.

n Help the team address new promising use cases and use new tools/methodologies to guarantee continuous improvement and push innovation forward.

n Design and develop Dashboards aiming to be clear and impactful.

n Choose and define appropriate methodologies, metrics and visualisations to accurately understand our players' behaviour, needs and/or expectations.

n Support the Development Teams through all the stages of their games' lifecycle

 

You

n 3+ Years’ Experience in Data Science

n Experience working in the Video Game Sector

n SQL and R experience

n Strong technical skills in BI/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or open-source libraries (R/Python)

n Experience working with cloud and/or on-premise databases, handling both structured and unstructured data (Google BigQuery, MongoDB, MySQL, Redshift…)

 

Location – Munich Germany

Salary – Up to €60K
