Franchise Executive Producer
We are looking for an Executive Producer to join the Studio Leadership team and run the Dreams Franchise. Reporting to the Studio Director, the Executive Producer will use the right blend of creative, technical and management experience to deliver the creative and commercial vision with a AAA quality bar whilst maintaining a happy & productive team.
We are looking for someone experienced in high quality delivery of multiplayer live
service releases. You must be comfortable with the complexity that innovation brings,
and have proven development and people management skills. A creative spirit, positive
outlook, and entrepreneurial approach will be required.
What you will be responsible for:
Leading a happy and productive Franchise Leadership Team, with clear goals and

Recommended Skills and Experience:
Experience as Executive Producer within live services, multiplayer, or the UGC
Experienced with a mentality of build, measure & learn.
Knowledge of games and/or “creative gaming” market.
Presentation skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail
A people person, with the ability to read and respond to the health of the team
Emotional intelligence and empathetic approach to management
