GAME DIRECTOR

 

Our client, a world leading VR developer is seeking a game industry professional.

Remote position available or in house at our offices in the Netherlands

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

To set the vision and safeguard it through development.

Determine the projects scope and share that responsibility with the Senior Lead Producer.

 To provide high level direction.

Translate the projects vision and scope into goals.

Monitor the project continuously.

To set the studio standard.

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

You have worked as a Game Director on the full development cycle of console/PC/VR titles for 4+ years, or:

You have worked in a Lead Designer role throughout the full development cycle on console/PC titles for 8+ years

 Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal

You can demonstrate effective creative leadership.

 

BONUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

You have extensive experience in a leadership role developing high quality (VR) games or experiences

You have a track record of fostering a team culture that promotes innovation and inclusivity
