We have an exciting opportunity for someone to lead the Warhammer 40k and Kill Team Games Development teams, setting the direction and ambition of the systems and delivering ever better rules and gaming content. This is a senior position for one of Games Workshop’s biggest brands.

With deft skill, they blend narrative hooks and innovative game mechanics to create ever-better play experiences.
You will be working with the Warhammer 40k Studio Manager to develop and deliver a vision for the future of the Warhammer 40k games system, while managing, developing and coaching the Games Development teams to deliver that vision. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for the Warhammer 40k and Kill Team rules and owning the gaming ecosystem, ensuring it all works as intended, free from mistakes.
You will be a creative and passionate ambassador for the Warhammer 40k game systems, working productively with your colleagues and leading them with drive and enthusiasm.
