HR Manager – Netherlands – Hybrid – AAA VR Games

Our client is the largest VR developer in the world creating a true multi-platform AAA VR action shooter based on a global franchise.

The successful candidate will develop and manage the HR team with a hands-on mentality combined with a flexible attitude.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a relevant HR role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch employment legislation and regulations.
  • Experience with requesting highly skilled migrant visa’s as well as assisting with the application for the 30% tax ruling.
  • Skilled in dealing with absenteeism.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting pared with excellent organisation and leadership skills.
  • Fluent Dutch language skills; written and spoken.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide guidance to the teams HR personnel as well as training, counselling and coaching staff and employees.
  • Implement corporate plans for a variety of HR matters and develop clear policies.
  • Analyse data, creating clear and concise reports while using HR metrics and giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  • Maintain a seamless onboarding process.
  • Manage and maintain the workplace health of all employees.
  • Report to senior management to lead the HR operations team.
