A rising start-up who has created a fantastic piece of software which develops the world of gaming by getting even more data, information and being able to further enrich the player base are now growing the team by hiring a HR Manager.
In this role, you will be an experienced HR person who has covered multiple areas of the HR process and worked across the various pillars of HR. This role will be very much hands on and tasked with growing the team so a heavy focus on Recruitment, building the company culture and growing training programs as well as developing employee appraisal system as well.
You will be the 1st HR Manager at the company, so this is certainly the role where you get involved in all areas of the process. As start up this is a fully encompassing role will have to do a lot of creating things in place, developing structures, and doing the admin to match.
The company has an office both in Germany and in USA
n Run and manage the recruitment process for all roles at the company
n Build training programs
n Work on the implementation of the performance appraisal system
n Developing the employee onboarding process
n Will be tasked with developing the company culture
n Experience within a HR Capacity of at least 3+ years
n Experience in building up teams within SAAS or similar as well as wanting to work on the recruitment side
n High level of understanding of German labor law with ideally experience in the US market
n Excited to work for a start up
n Happy to work in a hands-on role
Location – Berlin , will be hybrid working with model with weekly office visits required
