Junior Generalist Artist

Amiqus are currently working with a Guildford-based Games Development Studio to help them find a Junior Generalist Artist to join their team. Founded by a well-known industry veteran, the studio focuses on PC and mobile titles.

Working closely with the Art Lead, you will be joining a highly creative team within an explorative development environment. In this role, you will be bringing game features to life and creating beautiful experiences for players.  

Collaborating with Art Direction, and Designers, you will help realise the studio’s vision for 2 current projects, creating assets from scratch to develop the game environments, characters, props and game objects.

This is a hybrid role, based out of their Guildford studio. On offer is a salary up-to £30k depending on experience and a flexible list of benefits to suit each individual.

Requirements:

• A passion for games.
• Experience working within a studio environment.  
• Someone who can create visual content in 3d and 2d to a high standard.
• Good texturing ability.
• Basic animation and rigging skills would be a major bonus.
• A collaborative individual who will thrive in a creative and inclusive environment.
