We are looking for a Junior Game Producer to help manage our growing team at Hugecalf Studios. As a game producer, your role is to help maximise the quality and output of the team by problem solving, organising and supporting those you work with. Turbo Golf Racing has just entered early access and will be in active development for at least another year. We will aim to provide regular updates and bring the game to more platforms.
This is a varied role where you will get involved with all aspects of the Turbo Golf Racing development and the day-to-day running of Hugecalf Studios. The right candidate would be an enthusiastic gamer and would quickly grasp where the project is at and where it is going. They would need to have a good understanding of the games industry and how games are made.
At Hugecalf Studios we usually wear many hats and people gravitate towards what they are good at. We encourage you to get involved, to make mistakes, to learn and evolve.
What will you do?

Assist the project lead with the day-to-day task management

Assist the project lead with the short, medium and long term planning for the game

Work with all disciplines, including developers, artists, designers, QA, localisation and
the marketing teams

Assist with recruitment across all disciplines

Manage the office admin tasks, such as file sharing, account creation

Organise the company away days
Skills required:

Have a good grasp of project management methodologies

Be willing, flexible and a quick learner

Able to work with a range of project management tools (such as Jira, GitHub, Trello, etc.)

In depth knowledge of Excel.

Able to plan, set goals and prioritise
-
Excellent written communication
-
Has a good understanding of the game development industry

Has a technical understanding of how games are made, including platform holder
requirements.
