Lead Cinematic Designer AAA Games Midlands, UK – REF 2292

We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Cinematic Designer to join our client’s studio based in the Midlands, UK. 

This role is responsible for the direction, development of the cinematic vision of the title, ensuring quality, and title vision. You’ll be leading the team, ensuring exceptional delivery, collaboration with art and team.

Who we’re looking for:

• Bring your exceptional cinematic fundamentals, understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, etc
• Must have a solid base of cinematic presentation styles incl the latest techniques
• Deep knowledge and understanding of game development and animation theory
• Strong showreel, with recent work
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Superb ability to conceptualize and visualize innovation and creative concepts
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment
