Lead Concept Artist

" Ref - 5257300. We are working with a top-tier AAA game studio that is looking for a Lead Concept Artist to join their exceptional Art department. This is an opportunity for you to lead a team of Concept Artists and create high-quality concept art for characters, environments, and props, working closely with the Art Director and other department leads.

As a Lead Concept Artist, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Concept Art team, maintaining the artistic vision and style set out by the Art Director, inspiring the team to push the boundaries of concept art and technology, and assisting with recruitment and selection of staff for your team.

Role Requirements

•    Effectively manage a team of Concept Artists.

•    Follow and maintain the artistic vision and style set out by the Art Director.

•    Inspire the concept art team and drive the concept art and technology forward.
