Lead Game Designer – AAA – UK

" Ref - 5253900. We’re on the hunt for a Lead Game Designer to join the early development of a new AAA project. You will establish, maintain and evolve game design processes, collaborating with production and other discipline leads. A great opportunity for an ambitious individual looking for their next challenge to see the game through its entire journey.

This AAA studio is UK based and works on a hybrid model. Relocation and VISA assistance is provided if needed.

We need someone with:

• Full development cycle experience in a Senior/Lead position or at least one high-profile published AAA title

• Strong management and inspirational leadership skills

• An effective, highly reliable, autonomous member of the team requiring little management

• Significant professional game development experience with an impressive portfolio

• A genuine passion for games
