Lead Game Designer – Console and PC Games – Paris, France – Permanent

One Player Mission’s client are a passionate team that have over 15 years’ worth of experience with 25 world renounced titles under their belt.

The successful candidate will manage a team of Game Designers while under the supervision of the Game Director. You will be the direct contact for all games designers.
 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Lead game experience.
• Previously released a title on current gen consoles.
• Ability to be creative, rigorous, and firm when needed.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Work with the UX and UI artists to define the games ergonomics (UX).
• Write design documents for the project as well as working with the Economic Designer to create game economics.
• Work alongside the Artistic Director to maintain the project’s graphic vision.
• Work with the lead programmers to assist with implementation of game features.
• Collaborate with the Producer to establish the team’s planning.
• Write the game’s text and voices and supervise their implementation.
