Lead Game Designer – Europe/Remote – AAA PC/Console

"To apply: Ref - 5224800. We are partnering with an exciting AAA studio who are rapidly expanding their growth. They are looking for a Lead Game Designer to join their team on an unannounced AAA multiplayer title.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the definition of the game vision and gameplay experience in collaboration with the Creative Director and Executive Producer

• Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative game systems

• Supervise the creation and maintenance of detailed game system documentation

• Troubleshoot design issues from a creative standpoint

Requirements:

• 5 + years’ experience, and 2 or more shipped titles on current gen consoles or PC

• Game design experience in multiplayer, action or shooter genres at senior level or above

• A proven ability to breakdown high-level design goals into individual components
