We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with excellent organizational and communication skills, exquisite artistic taste and an eye for quality.


Job responsibilities include:

  • Planning and coordinating for product/event/activation collateral, including but not limited to:
    • Costing
    • Timeline/Scheduling
    • Vendor Sourcing
    • Artist Management
    • Dynamic Tracking of Progress and Deliverables
    • Vendor/Artist/Client Liaising
    • On Site Management for live events
    • Post-mortem
  • Preparing proposals of ideas and plans for clients, artists/vendors, and team
  • Coordinating with artists, exhibitors, vendors, and other stakeholders during project intake, execution, and post-mortem
  • Managing and overseeing progress and deliverables, communicating schedules and status, organizing vendors/artists, etc.
  • Assessing and mitigating project risk factors, dynamically and creatively resolving issues should they arise
  • Ensuring budget compliance and internal reporting procedures followed
  • Generating info for invoices, creating comprehensive and readable financial reports, tracking project actuals
  • Establishing and implementing standardized procedures/templates 
  • Communicating with artists/graphic designers to create design for both print and web applications 
  • Maintaining a working relationship with artists/clients
  • Assisting with production for on site events, activations, mailers
  • Tracking event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future projects

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in general computing skills, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality management, marketing or related areas OR equivalent experience 
  • 2-3 years of related experience

Salary: commensurate with experience - approx $55-65K + bonuses
