Monetization Manager - Games

A growing start up studio working on a highly interesting original PVE game are looking to grow their team by hiring a Monetization Manager for their studio.

This would be the 1st Monetization Manager at the company where you will have a wide ranging role, incorporating various elements of Monetization process into the companies games.

Role

- Research and analysing player behaviour

- Identifying monetization opportunities

- Implementing in-game purchases, subscriptions, and other revenue-generating initiatives

- Develop and implement in-game purchase options such as virtual currencies and items

- Create and maintain reports on monetization performance

- Test new monetization features and provide feedback

- Work closely with the game development and marketing teams to ensure monetization   efforts are aligned.

You

- Experience working in a Monetization role with similar responsibilities

- Experience working in a F2P game

- Interested in working for a growing start up studio
