Experience:
-
At least 6 years experience in PR, ideally working with clients/companies in video games, entertainment, consumer tech or digital lifestyle; agency experience a plus
-
Has been an integral member of strategic PR campaigns, including planning and driving execution
-
Proud of relationships with media and content creators resulting in unique placements; unafraid to forge new relationships, to always find the right person for the right story or product
-
Strong and friendly relationships with clients
-
A crisp and creative writer with a solid foundation in grammar; AP style mastery a plus
-
Experience managing PR events and conventions
-
Has managed and mentored teams and junior staff
-
Has strong project management skills and isn’t afraid of deadlines
Responsibilities:
-
Collaborate with Director or Vice President to create strategic and creative PR plans, as well as positioning and messaging for clients
-
Manage teams to execute campaigns and day-to-day account activities
-
Develop strong relationships with clients as the primary point of contact
-
Provide strategic counsel in real time
-
Write and/or edit pitches, press releases, Q&As, blog content, presentations, etc.

Conceptualize and manage both virtual and in-person events including preview tours/events, tradeshows and launch events
-
Ensure work meets 47’s quality standards
-
Confidently present plans and ideas
-
Provide guidance, inspiration and the tools to help junior team members grow
-
Work seamlessly with team members across multiple offices and virtually
-
Collaborate with peers to contribute to the culture and always help improve the agency
