Producer - AAA - UK, Flexible Working Model

"To apply: Ref - 513147000. We’re working together with a top UK studio in their continued growth, and assisting their Production team with the hire of a  Producer for a AAA title.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of full production lifecycles on at least one AAA title, and will work closely with a talented development team in the delivery of exciting new content. This role will be based on-site in the UK but with a flexible working model.

Requirements:

• Experience in AAA game production.

• Collaborative approach with the ability to motivate different teams and disciplines effectively.

• Ability to build trust and rapport and communicate confidently and effectively.

• Strong understanding of Agile processes.

• Skilled in helping teams finding solutions to complex problems.

• Confident working in a fast-paced environment and able to react positively to change.

• Excellent organisational skills with a systematic and methodical approach.
