Producer – New Mobile/VR Project – Liverpool

A VR Studio based in Liverpool are currently looking for a Producer to work on a range of new titles on mobile and VR platforms. The studio is currently working on several new projects and need this Producer to ensure the highest quality is achieved with the deliverables. The studio was formed by veterans from the video games industry, who have come from a long-standing AAA console development background.

This role will suit someone who actively gets involved with the development, art and design teams and can keep the processes going efficiently and on budget. Also champions an autonomous approach for production flows, whilst mentoring more junior members of the team.

You’ll also be getting involved with overseeing schedules for multiple products, tracking milestones, quality checking and steering the Production principles whilst having the foresight to spot bottlenecks and blockers that can slow down the project progress.

This role offers a hybrid model of your choosing, with at least 1 day a week in-house for catch ups and important meetings. There is a competitive salary on offer, including exclusive studio benefits, relocation assistance, pension and a generous holiday allowance (28 days + Bank holidays).

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Producer
  • Released multiple titles on either PC, Console or Mobile platforms
  • Agile + Scrum Expert
  • Autonomous and able to use initiative with minimal supervision and a confident decision maker
  • Excellent communication, with the confidence to present to senior teams
  • Superb attention to detail
