Producer / Release Manager – PC/Console Studio – Hertfordshire
Amiqus have partnered with an exciting studio based in Hertfordshire, who are looking to hire a Producer to handle the submissions side of their Production processes. The studio has helped release some of the best indie games on the console/PC market and this position will offer you the chance to work with these titles and new releases.
As the Producer, you will be tasked with overseeing schedules for multiple products, you’ll be working across all major platforms on PC and Console, with a focus on the digital store pages. You will create and maintain store pages in collaboration with relevant teams, such as platform holders, development, marketing, and localisation. This is a vital position to the studio where you’ll be directly interfacing with internal teams such as Marketing, Producers, Business Development, Art/Design and QA.
You will also get involved with tracking milestones, quality checking and steering the Production principles, whilst having the foresight to spot bottlenecks and blockers that can slow down the project. This role will suit someone who actively gets involved with the development teams and can keep the processes going efficiently and on budget. Also champions an autonomous approach for production flows.

Requirements
- At least 1 years’ experience in the games industry as a Producer or Assistant/Associate Producer
- Experience with Mobile, or Console/PC games (preferred)
- Experience with Submission Processes
- Excellent communication, with the confidence to present to senior teams
- Superb attention to detail
- An avid player of indie games (especially the Anime world)
