Production Assistant - PC/Console Studio – Bristol

Amiqus have partnered with an exciting games studio based in Bristol, who are looking to hire a Production Assistant to join their growing team. The studio has helped release some of the best Indie and Anime games on the Console/PC market and this position will offer you the chance to work with these titles and new releases.

As a member of the Production team, you will be working closely with the developers and helping with current and future releases. Other responsibilities include getting involved with aspects such as submissions, following schedules and making sure the team are on track with milestones. You will also liaise with C-Level Managers and be able to present reports to them. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to be close to the games development process and likes working in a small team.

The role will offer you a fast-paced environment in a fast-growing studio with games that have attracted a large number of users. You will also be involved with the product launch of new upcoming titles and taking studios through the journey of first contact to a shipped release.

This role can be remote working initially (you must be UK based already), with a view to work on- site in a hybrid, 2 days remote working / 3 days onsite model. A huge bonus if you’re already in a commutable distance to the studio!

There is a competitive salary on offer, including exclusive studio benefits, relocation assistance, pension, choice of laptop and a generous holiday allowance.

  • Past Production experience in games or apps development (this could be an internship or sandwich year role)
  • Knowledge of the games industry
  • Highly organised with good communication skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Highly approachable and a good ability to network
  • An avid player of indie games (especially the Anime world)

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a studio who are dominating the games market and can offer the successful candidate a position of influence in the business, to manage an autonomous desk.
