Project Manager

Planning, coordination, and execution of product/event/activation deliverables and schedules utilizing internal and external resources for successfully completion. Emphasis on clear and actionable stakeholder/client communication and high level organization.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Developing a detailed project plan to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Managing internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful project execution
  • Managing relationships with artists, exhibitors, vendors, and other stakeholders during project intake, execution, and post-mortem
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to manage deliverables and oversee progress, communicate schedules and status, organize vendors/artists, etc.
  • Establishing standardized procedures and training staff into properly executing them, managing a team and delegating tasks to team members 
  • Planning and managing for project/event aspects, including but not limited to:
    • Budgets
    • Timeline/Scheduling
    • Runs of Show
    • Vendor Sourcing
    • Labor Sourcing and Management
    • Dynamic Tracking of Progress and Deliverables
    • Vendor/Artist/Client Liaising
    • On Site Event and Activation Management
    • Post-mortem
  • Presenting ideas and plans to clients, artists/vendors, and team
  • Assessing and mitigating project risk factors, dynamically and creatively resolving issues should they arise
  • Ensuring budget compliance and internal reporting procedures followed
  • Generating info for invoices, creating comprehensive and readable financial reports, tracking project financials
  • Establishing and implementing standardized procedures/templates 
  • Manage execution of on site events, mailers and activations
  • Tracking event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future projects

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in general computing skills, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite 
  • PMP Certification, Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality management, marketing or related areas OR equivalent experience 
  • 5 years of related experience

Salary: commensurate with experience - approx $75-85K + bonuses
