The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Recruiter to find candidates, organise their ongoing processes, and deliver an exceptional service for candidates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience within recruitment or talent acquisition in the games industry.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Interest in video games.
- Great communication skills including fluent English.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Find and attract candidates from a variety of sources.
- Organise and coordinate the ongoing recruitment processes.
- Liaise with Lead Recruiter, hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist the Lead Recruiter filter incoming applications.
- Assist with initial screening calls.
- Complete administrative and Ad Hoc duties.
