OPM’s client, a developer of popular single and multiplayer multiplatform games, is currently looking for a Regional Product Manager to join their team in Oslo or Stockholm.

This successful candidate will take a prominent role in ensuring the continued commercial success of their games in your region. You will champion these games and ‘fly the flag’ while exploring and capitalising on occasions to grow the player base, maximise revenue, and deliver on commercial objectives.


  • Great professional experience as a well-rounded marketing and sales professional in games
  • Ability to build a business case, present compelling arguments, and ground recommendations and decisions in data and insight
  • Expertise within a region and markets outside of Western Europe and North America
  • Deep understanding of consumer behaviour
  • A data-oriented, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset and able to combine this with creative thought
  • Passionate about gaming and the industry as a whole
  • Availability to travel


  • Take a prominent role in ensuring commercial success for their games in your region
  • Work with the company’s centralised cross-functional sales, marketing, creative, and production teams to execute strategies, go-to-market plans, and campaigns
  • Be the voice for your region, providing regional perspective and bringing to the table new ideas and opportunities that can help you achieve commercial success in your markets
  • Conduct research and analyse data to make educated commercial decisions
  • Analyse player behaviour to uncover needs and desires we should accommodate, that can help improve the commercial performance of the titles in your region
  • Work with management and marketing leads to establish commercial goals for a title in your region, as well as forecasts and marketing budget
  • Track and analyse KPIs, deliver reports to management, and suggestions for next steps
  • Actively pursue and develop commercial opportunities, and engage with externals on potential strategic partnerships for the titles
  • Locally execute initiatives across the whole commercial spectrum, including PR, influencer partnerships, sales campaigns, distribution, store presence, social media, and more
