Remote Lead 3Cs Designer PC/Console Games Frankfurt – REF 2814

Our client is one of the leading video game studios in Germany and they are now looking for a talented Lead 3Cs Designer to help work on their work class RPG games. This role is offered fully remote if based in Germany.

What you will be doing:

• Alongside the Game Design Director and senior members, drive both the combat and exploration experiences from the player character’s perspective.
• Help manage and mentor the 3C Design team.
• Build an open, positive, and nurturing work environment.
• Supervise the development of 3C features (camera, character, controller) from early design to final polish.
• Ensure documentation of combat features are up to high standards.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of industry experience in the fields of 3C design.
• 2+ years of games shipped in a 3C design role or similar.
• Experience driving combat and navigation experiences from conception to final polish.
• Experience in leadership is a strong plus.
