I’m excited to partner with a Global Games Publisher start-up, backed up by a highly successful business, to hire an amazing Sales and Marketing Director, who will be helping them get their name well positioned in the industry, and allow them to change the business model where they have been so successful so far.
This person will would not only be in charge of the Commercial side of the business, but will also lead the re-structure of the company, being the guide to make a success story.
You will be bringing your knowledge, experience, and network, to get the best distribution and co-publishing partners, as well as determining the route to follow and transform the current structure, borrowed from their previous business, into a more game-relevant structure, and forecast the sales reach level.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in commercial roles within the gaming industry
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Not being scared of getting your “hands dirty”
- Experience/knowledge on how to build a games publishing structure
- B2B and B2C experience
