Senior 3D Artist – Console/PC Projects – Remote Working

A North East based Games studio are currently looking for a Senior Artist to work on a range of new titles on Console and VR Platforms, some of which are based on huge box-office IP’s. The studio is renowned in the Console/VR industry for creating high end games and have continually set the bar in the market on both single and multiplayer titles.

Your first mission while working at the studio, will be to model and texture a range of assets that the player will interact with for a range of new games. This role can offer this Artist a chance to own quite a large area of the project and would suit someone who enjoys working in a small team, where they can get involved in concept phases and really make a difference on the final output.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working on a variety of models from environment art (the most important!), hard surface modelling, characters, and assets. The more generalist you are, the better!

There is a competitive salary on offer, including exclusive studio benefits, flexible working hours, pension and a generous holiday allowance. This role is 100% remote working (indefinitely) or can be hybrid if you prefer some onsite days. You must be based in the UK at present to be eligible for the 100% remote working option.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the games industry as an artist
  • Strong understanding of 3D modelling
  • Experience with Photoshop and either 3DS Max or Maya
  • Knowledge of engines such as Unity (preferred) or Unreal
  • A portfolio demonstrating your art experience, ideally stylised environments!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a studio who are working on amazing games, which have a great reputation in the games community and have been bought/downloaded and played by audiences in the high millions. To apply please send your CV to
