Senior Designer AAA Games Midlands UK - REF 1735

We are working with a world-leading AAA game studio based in the Midlands, UK who is looking for a Senior Designer to join their team and work on their very exciting new action RPG title. This role requires previous AAA experience.

What will you be doing?

• Managing the character-driven gameplay systems
• Working in a multi-disciplinary team
• Mentoring junior members of the team

Who you are

• 5+ years in the games industry in a design position
• 1+ released console title
• Full lifecycle development experience in a design position
• Previous AAA experience creating character-driven gameplay systems e.g. locomotion, camera, AI and combat
• Interpersonal and communication skills
