Responsibilities
- Design and develop customer-facing websites using the latest technologies
- Maintain and expand existing websites
- Produce efficient, readable code in an agile development environment
- Turning design concepts and assets into reality on our website
- Implementing front-end functionality to support management objectives
- Evaluate, test, and iterate website user experience based on analytics.
- Mentor junior members of the team
Essential Skills
- Excellent and current knowledge of web development techniques and languages.
- Strong experience with modern javascript frameworks such as VueJS and ReactJS
- Strong understanding of modern build tools such as Webpack and ESBuild
- Experience analysing website traffic using Google Analytics and using Google Tag Manager to collect data
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
- Experience with automated test frameworks
- Willingness to learn new skills and to provide a high-quality result for our customers.
Desirable Skills
- Computer Science/Web Computing/equivalent degree
- Familiarity with MVVM/MVC Frameworks and databases
- Understanding of Scrum or Kanban principles, experience with Jira
- Understanding of the UI and UX concepts
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, GIMP or similar
- Experience with MixPanel or similar analytics tools
- Experience with Linux/Unix Terminal
