Senior Game Designer – Hybrid – Midlands, UK – AAA Fantasy RPG

One Player Mission is excited to be working with an award-winning UK developer working on an incredible AAA Fantasy RPG title.

As a Senior Gameplay Designer you will take ownership of the design and implementation of features within combat, enemies, 3Cs and traversal.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally working on a AAA game with character-driven combat.
• A flexible, highly motivated and friendly approach to your work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine passion for video games.
• Previous experience with text-based or visual scripting tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take ownership of features, creating and maintaining high-quality designs.
• Use propriety tools to implement features to the highest standard.
• Act as a champion of quality while developing highly satisfying, engaging action gameplay.
• Mentor and support junior teammates.
