Senior Network Engineer - UK - £85k

"To apply: Ref - 5274200.  My client is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join their AAA studio to work on an original game. This will include working on an historic fantasy project for a well-established company based in the UK. The role can offer relocation and visa assistance if needed. The salary on offer is up to £85k depending on the candidate + bonuses/benefits.

The client is looking for you to bring a fresh take to network/multiplayer gaming. You will also be responsible for choosing multiplayer network tech/techniques. You will also be expected to research and add improvements/innovation to the current network stack.

The ideal candidate we are looking for would ideally have experience in a similar position and harbour some of the following skills.

• Several years’ experience working with C++
• Worked/published at least 1 title on console   
• Good understanding of a network programming for multiplayer games
• Good understanding of different game engines/architecture
