Senior Producer – PC/Console Studio – 100% Remote Working

A Liverpool based Games studio are currently looking for a Senior Producer to work on a range of new titles on Console and PC platforms. The Studio Founders are renowned in the Industry for creating fun, easy to play / hard to master console classics. The studio is now working on a range of IP’s in collaboration with some of the biggest names in the industry.

You’ll be getting involved with overseeing schedules for multiple products, tracking milestones, quality checking and steering the Production principles whilst having the foresight to spot bottlenecks and blockers that can slow down the project. This role will suit someone who actively gets involved with the development teams and can keep the processes going efficiently and on budget. Also champions an autonomous approach for production flows, whilst mentoring more junior members of the team.

You’ll also get the opportunity to attend worldwide events and liaise with their existing Marketing Team to uphold a positive brand and PR for the studio.

This role can be either 100% remote working (indefinitely) or a split/hybrid work pattern. You must be based in the UK already to be eligible for the 100% remote working option.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in the games industry as a Producer
• Experience with Console/PC games 
• Autonomous and able to use initiative with minimal supervision and a confident decision maker
• Excellent communication, with the confidence to present to senior teams
• Superb attention to detail
