This role is for a Senior Tech Artist and offers flexible work options, including remote, hybrid, or onsite opportunities at a cutting-edge studio in North-West England. Collaborate with talented artists and developers to pioneer innovative solutions, pushing the boundaries of visual excellence in the gaming and entertainment industry.
What you will be doing:

Create and improve tools, scripts, and workflows to streamline the art production pipeline and enhance efficiency for artists.

Work closely with artists, designers, and programmers to ensure seamless integration of art assets into the game engine or software.

Provide technical support to artists and troubleshoot issues related to art assets, shaders, materials, and rendering.

Maintain high-quality standards for art assets, ensuring consistency and visual excellence throughout the project.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, exploring new techniques and tools to improve art production processes.
What we need from you:

Demonstrated passion for enhancing the tech art pipeline.

Experience utilizing Houdini's Procedural Dependency Graph (PDG) for generating large, real-time worlds.

Ability to implement procedural methodologies into existing art pipelines.

Proficiency in optimization methodologies at an advanced level (AA+).

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, along with effective communication skills.
