Our client is growing fast, developing games across multiple platforms using cutting edge technology. They are looking to employ a skilled Senior Technical Artist to join their team of industry veterans, who will come on board to support the engineers and artists and drive their visual and procedural creation.  

Responsibilities

• A conduit between the art and programming teams
• Tools development – ensuring the assets conform and assist with optimization
• Ensure efficient workflow procedures, tools and pipelines are adhered to
• Share and communicate best practices of the art and programming teams
• Drive to improve quality across our products

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Technical Artist
• Unreal Engine – blueprints and materials
• PBR art pipelines
• Python
• Practical skills with profiling and optimisation, and establishing platform standards
• Practical knowledge of 3D packages such as Maya, Houdini, 3DsMax, and Zbrush
