Talent Acquisition Specialist – REMOTE – Video Games Developer

Our client is an established worldwide publisher and developer of interactive entertainment. Their portfolio includes Action Games, RPG, FPS and Simulators.

The successful candidate will assist the team in administering the recruitment process for all their vacancies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the games industry.
  • Able to work flexibly on both routine and more complex tasks across various projects and time-zones.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • High level of proficiency using Outlook, Zoom and Teams.
  • Experience with diary scheduling for high volumes of people.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Support in the implementation of a new ATS.
  • Assist with the interview process. This will include working with international times.
  • Keep candidate, agencies and managers fully updated during the recruitment process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately updated and reported.
  • Source candidates, liaise with applicants and agencies and attend events.
  • Provide input and assistance to develop and implement intelligent recruitment strategies.
